Crude oil prices continued to decline after the new year decline in prices of petroleum products have signaled again . 

Ministry of Petroleum petrol by Rs 5 per January 90 money , and diesel by Rs 11 to Rs 13 per liter and kerosene could be as low as 13 rupees 50 paise .
